Sand By Hand was founded in Buffalo NY by Abigail DeCicco and Miles LaNicca, two young and innovative advocates for environmental protection, sustainable practice, and prosperity for their community.
Abigail
An accomplished chemical engineer working on hydrogen powered vehicles, bilingual, and traveled to over XX countries. Abigail is the definition of a strong, driven, and intelligent women - focusing her innate ability to create a better tomorrow.
Miles
A current medical student at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, research associate of UBMD Orthopaedics, and community advocate through leading UB HEALS - a non-profit street medicine organization. Miles is driven to create lasting, positive, altruistic change in his community.
